GradFest Travel Terms & Conditions
Individual Travel Bursary
We are delighted to be able to offer up to £10 towards your travel costs to GradFest, ExCeL, London on 2 – 3 October. To claim this travel bursary, you will need to adhere to the following terms & conditions.
- Once you have attended the event, you will need to visit our website and complete your travel contribution request. You will have to make sure that your QR code is scanned at the registration desk on arrival. Payment will only be made to those that have scanned in at registration.
- Proof of travel payment should be included on the reimbursement form, scan/picture sufficient, we will reimburse the cost of your travel up to a maximum of £10.
Group Travel Bursary – Booking by Authorized University staff member
We are delighted to offer fully funded travel for group bookings of 50 students or more. To qualify for fully funded travel, you must be travelling from outside the M25.
You must provide us with a quote for travel which will need to be agreed in writing by NAS Media Ltd.
You will then need to pay for the transport and invoice us for the amount owed within 14 days of your date of travel.
We will then reimburse you for the amount owed within 7 days.
You will need to hand in a group arrival form to prove that 50 or more students attended from your university, these students will be required to individually register and present a unique QR code upon arrival. It should be noted that less than 50 students attend the event, funding will not be provided.
How you claim your funding…
To make payment to your university, we will require an invoice within 14 days of your date of travel. Payment will then be made within 7 days.
